OSU EM is very capable with negative staining of proteins for screening the best protein for Cryo work at one of the national centers for cryo microscopy like OHSU. Pete Eschbach has presented well received FIB demos to the Microscopy Society of America focussed ion beam interest group. In addition Pete has been doing FIB work since 2009 and in that time prepared over 1200 FIB lamella for TEM work and is trusted by industrial partners.
