We actually have two sputter coaters, shown here is our brand new Denton, Turbo pumped Iridium, Chromium coater. It is more suitable for high resolution imaging on the Helios 650. In the SEM lab we have a Cressington Au-Pd coater that is not turbo pumped for everyday coatings.
